Give The Girl A Break!

Super cute Leona finally out & having fun on Friday evening (after an ER trip on Wednesday due to a high fever)...but only to be called back in Saturday morning due to her blood tests showing a bacteria.
It was cool enough outside to wear pants & long sleeves!!!!
She loves this gate- open & close...open & close...open & close....
Hi!!!

Weekend Activities for Leo & Ange:
Saturday 830a Just about to sit down for breakfast, ER dr calls with news of possible bacteria infection. Leo must be admitted for 24+ hr watch.
900a Arrive at hospital, briefed by drs & nurses, all suspect false positive due to her attitude, good health (despite fever & new rash...suggesting virus), hope for 24 hrs only..
800p Ange learns the movie guide on TV at the hospital is totally incorrect...but continues to watch every movie.
Sunday 500a Leona decides this hospital crib isn't very comfy. Somehow she thinks the hospital fold-a-bed is more comfy...perhaps it's because she's sleeping on Ange.
800a Given word of possible 48 hr stay, although still thoughts of virus only & contaminated bloodwork.
1000a Ange getting antsy. Leona not a fan of drs & nurses or anyone who comes at her with a stick of any sort or gets within 1 foot of her.
1130a Given word we can go soon! No new bacteria growth. Dr will keep in touch with us, but truly feels viral.
200p Arrive back home & all go down for naps!
730p Ange gets Friendly's ice cream sundaes.

The doctors & nurses were really great & felt really bad about the whole situation.
Leona is doing much better but still getting over the virus.
Just glad it's over!
