Thumbs Up From The Doc

On Friday we had Leona's 9 month check up (just a tad late...she'll be 10 months old in 1 week)!

She's still a little munchkin, but I think she'll be standing tall!

She weighed in at 16.2 lbs (10th percentile).
She is 27.6 in tall (50th). She's grown quite a bit since her last appointment!

The doctor said she's growing well & was asking about her skills. He was impressed by her quick crawling & strong desire to pull herself up. Since she loves self-feeding and is taking her bottle less, he suggested we feed her tuna, chicken, eggs, yogurt & cottage cheese to make sure she's getting the nutrients she may miss from her formula.

We brought Eri to her appointment as well, and he was very curious about what was going on. He kept asking us, "what's doctor dooooning?" (what's the doctor doing?). He wanted to understand her getting her weight & height checked, as well as the doctor looking her over. He decided to take one of N8's pencils from his flight suit and began taking notes. He wanted to make sure he got all of the doctor's orders.
