Pahhh-Tay!

A birthday party for Eri! I was completely stumped on what you DO at birthday parties. The age range for the kids present was under 1yr-almost 10 yrs! What to do?!?! PLAY-DOUGH! It was a hit. The younger kids (2-4) loved it and the oldest (thank you, Trevor) helped them (and N8) have even more fun! It was too hot to be outside, so we played inside and Eri was very lucky to get even more presents. Eri Kai is one lucky guy. I think the best part for him, was just having his buddies over. He loves hangin' with the older kids.

Eri loves his new book from Hannah (and as she looks on, she's not really sure why she gave it to him and wants it back!).

Ah, I'm getting the hang of this! (This time, Eri doesn't lean in towards the flame.) N8 made Eri a mini cake (so we all didn't need to sample his spit as he blew out the candles).

And a special surprise visit! Terry (our friend from ERAU) surprised us by coming to visit for Eri's party! He brought Eri a very cool tractor. And it was love at first sight for Eri (for the tractor, sorry Terry). Tucker looks on and wants in on the fun.
